- Create an event for each client. Add the venue, the time and any pickup points.
- Share one link with the guests. Send it with the invitation, put it on the wedding website, or post it in the group chat.
- Watch it come together. Guests add their name, how they're travelling and when they'll arrive. No account or app needed.
Your clients' guests, looked after
Guest pages open only with the invite link and are kept out of search engines. Data is stored in the UK and encrypted. Guests confirm they're 16 or over before adding themselves; younger guests can be added by name. See our security overview and data processing agreement.
Questions
How much does Business cost?
It depends on how many events you run and how big they are. Tell us about them and we'll send a quote. You can try everything first on the free plan, for events of up to 15 people.
Do guests need an account or an app?
No. Guests open the invite link in their phone's browser, add their name and say how they're getting there. Only you and your team need accounts.
Who is responsible for the guests' details?
You decide what the event is for and who's invited, so you're the controller of your guests' details. We process them only to run your events, under our data processing agreement. We stay responsible for our own account, billing and security records.
Can my team help run events?
Yes. Colleagues join the event with their own free account, then you make them co-hosts so they can edit it too. You can take that away again at any time.
Do you provide the transport?
No. Convoy is a planning tool. Guests say how they're travelling and when they'll arrive, and drivers among the guests offer spare seats. If you've booked a coach or shuttle, export the arrivals list to send to the operator.
What happens to guest details after the event?
They're deleted automatically 365 days after each event, or sooner if you delete the event yourself. Export the list first if you need a copy.
