Questions
Do parents need to download an app?
No. Convoy works in the browser. Parents open the link, add their child's name and say whether they can drive.
Can we reuse the same lifts every week?
Yes, on Plus and Pro. "Run it again" copies the crew and pickups to a new date, and you just adjust who's available.
Can other coaches help manage it?
Pro includes co-hosts, so other coaches or the team manager can edit the event and pickups too.
Is it private?
Only people with the invite link can see the event, and it isn't shown in search engines. Plus and Pro have no ads, so nothing from an ad network loads on your team's pages.
